Browse the collection at our shop, select the piece you'd like, and complete checkout online. You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before packing begins. Email emeraldcrestos@polsia.app immediately with your order number. After packing starts, we can't guarantee changes — but reach out and we'll do our best.
Shipping
We pack your order within 1 business day, then ship with a 2–3 day delivery window. Most customers receive their order within 3–4 business days of placing it.
We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available yet.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $150.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Because every piece is made by hand, minor variations in color, grain, and texture are intentional characteristics — they are not defects. Returns for these natural variations are not accepted. Damaged or defective items are covered fully.
Email emeraldcrestos@polsia.app with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions. Approved returns receive a prepaid shipping label.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged. Items showing signs of use, washing, or alteration are not eligible for return.
About Our Products
Yes, entirely. Every piece is made by hand by independent artisans — no mass production, no overseas factories. Each item carries the maker's craft and intention. Minor natural variations between pieces are a mark of that, not a quality issue.
Our maker community works out of studios across the NJ/NYC corridor — Brooklyn, Jersey City, Montclair, Asbury Park, and surrounding areas. We work exclusively with local independent makers.
We evaluate every potential partner on craft quality, material sourcing, and consistency. We review portfolios, visit studios where possible, and order test pieces before onboarding. The bar is intentionally high — our goal is to curate, not aggregate.
